Tell him that if it weren't for Black Sabbath, there would never have been emo music, as well as punk or metal. He also needs to realize that the whole Emo movement has died, with it's largest proponents, such as the Used and My Chemical Romance abandoning it. Emo is gone. Now we have Indie culture. He needs to get with the program. Black Sabbath will always rock, though the Dio years don't rock quite as much. Sorry.

Why did you even compare a band from the 60-70s, to a modern day band?
You calling him crazy was only your opinion. Black Sabbath was good in it's day... Panic at the disco is good in these days.
20-30 years from now... Panic at the disco would probably be compared to some future band.
Forget what people have to say, the amount of opinions won't prove anything. Music is music... people choose what they want to listen to.

Panic at The disco!, Black Sabbath sounds like Benny Hill singing some flat rock that has no depth. Overrated.
