Guitar Hero Aerosmith For My Son?

He is nine and is doing great in school this year. He wants Guitar Hero for his Wii. I said I would get it for him as long as he keeps doing good. But now he sees the new one with Aerosmith coming out. Does anyone know if it has more artists and not just Aerosmith? Which one should I get him? Guitar Hero 3 or the new Aerosmith one?
