Well it really depends on who you are. Both of these bands have different and great qualities. Here are those different qualities.
AC/DC:
If you are looking for more of a classic rock genre then this band is for you. Their songs are very popular and they have a great guitarist except he isnt that famous. You probably know more of their songs. AC/DC screams most of their songs because their lead singer simply cannot sing. They have okay guitar solo’s. AC/DC’s music sounds like it clashes together to me. Overall i would give them a 7 out of 10.
Pantera:
Pantera in the more hard rock and metal genres. Their music seems kind of dark and they do some pretty wicked stuff with their music. The lead singer actually sings a little bit. Pantera’s guitarist Diamond Darrell is one of the best guitar players in the world and they have awesome solo’s. Their songs are not as popular as AC/DC’s but are still good. They are featured on Guitar Hero 1.
Its too hard to pick between these band because they are both great and have different qualities. Hope i helped:D.

It completely depends on my mood!
they are both in the rock genre, but considering how many branches of rock their are, this can be a tough question.
personally, i prefer pantera, but i absolutely love ac/dc as well.
pantera is a great metal band with a wide variety of metal songs depending on your mood, thats why i fell in love with them!
AC/DC has more of a legendary status, and they earned it!

Well, I love them both but the power and intensity behind Pantera just can’t be beat. They both are inspirations for the band I’m in. Both Angus Young and Dimebag are/were great guitarists. But I just gotta go wit Pantera!

AC/DC – My first concert ever in 1983 at the Tacoma Dome. It was Tacoma Dome’s first concert too. During the song This House is on Fire someone threw a grenade into the wooden roof and it actually caught on fire!

AC/DC is just has more of rhythm and hey r a fun band that has okay guitar solos. i cant really get that much into pantera. i tried.

I know more AC/DC songs, but the Pantera songs I know I like better….hmmm…..how about AC/DC. That’s my final answer. AC/DC.
