Will The Ps2 Guitar Hero Controller Work On The Pc Or Xbox 360 Versions If I Buy A Usb Adapter?

I’ve got a Guitar Hero controller for the PS2. I was wondering if it would work on the PC if I bought a USB adapter for it (you can buy USB adapters to use PS2 Dual Shock controllers on the PC). And if that worked, would it also work on the Xbox 360?
