You’ve Got Punk Rock Mail!

I reciently beat easy in Guitar Hero 3 and i played Dragonforce in the credits. That stage that sort of looked like it was in outer space is that able to be unlocked or is that just for the credits?

how do you start a solo bass career in rock band? i can only do guitar when i plug in the guitar. help

I’m not in a good place to answer this one because I haven’t gotten to many solo careers by even my heroes because I have so much damned music to buy, so expect to see this question again in a few years.
But, from what I do know, I think the best moments of Iggy Pop’s solo career (first two albums mainly) are high points for anyone’s career. I mean if the Stooges never existed (the world would suck) then I’d still love Iggy Pop based on these. Hell, if the only thing he ever did was release the song “The Passenger” b-side “Some Weird Sin” he’d still be a favorite!
Other greats: Johnny Thunders, Roky Erickson (what an awesome guy), Lou Reed, Joe Strummer (love the Mescaleros and Joe’s new voice), John Cale (what I’ve heard), Van Morrison (everyone seems to forget he came from the excellent Irish garage rock band Them), Lemmy if you count him forming Motorhead after leaving Hawkwind, and Alice Cooper (after leaving the band Alice Cooper).

Ok, so I cannot figure out how to add another band to career mode on Guitar Hero World Tour. On GH3 there was a “create your own band” and our family all had their own. Now with the new one, we can only figure out how to get one band on the career mode. So, do we all have to play under one band name??!!

how can you, i have guitar hero 3 for ps3

It doesn’t matter which guitar hero. I can’t get five star ratings on songs later in the games and I have to so I can unlock other guitars. Any help would be great. I’m pretty good, but not amazing at it.

What artist(s) made the worst career move by leaving a popular band for a failed solo career?
The biggest failure I can think of was Peter Criss leaving Kiss back in ‘79, only to go on and release two horrible solo albums before fading into obscurity for nearly 20 years. Ace Frehley didn’t do quite as bad as he had some minor success in the mid to late 80s, but for the most part, he screwed up, too.

I’m trying to start a solo career on Rock Band, but it will only let me play guitar. Is there any way to change my instrument to bass? I’m an expert on bass, but I can’t seem to get past hard on guitar.

We just got our game and we don’t see where you can have more then one band for career mode. Me and my son both had different careers in guitar hero 3. If so, that sucks
