I have Guitar Hero world tour (the complete band) and I’m wanting to get rock band 2 but I dont want to spend the 200.00 it takes to get the complete set. Will my controllers work with this game (not really concerned about the mic or the drums just the guitars really)

Okay, I’m constantly watching Rock Band videos and GHWT gameplay preview videos on youtube because I can’t wait for GHWT to come out, but I always see people using the kick pedal (or bass pedal as some people call it), and I have no idea how they know when to use it.
